Subject: Got things fixed

I made all those changes. I didn't include anything regarding the XXX etc. I stopped the e-mail prior because I thought that would need approving because it is so usually. I think I'll wait and share that later if my Daughter takes it to school then retell how it came to me. That would give time and distance from what is going on. From now on the blogs will be much shorter and for some reason the blog doesn't like the black background. Now me personally I think it is totally cool and wish I knew how to do it.
That aside do you want some laundry detergent like woolite? I think they make powder or individual travel packets but as far as that is concerned the PJ are on massive discount, last night they cut the price in half again. It's probable easier to send another set. Same with the robes. or if you want different colors they come in red, black and gray. I was thinking least target proof. lol

I studied in Russia back in 1988 when my Christian college had a international Business course over the summer so I know about supply side economics. Good stuff goes first then left with the cr*p. I will send another box, use what you like barder away the extra. Got to love it a little America economics working world round.

My schedule so far is June 18-20 Denver Divisional , July 4th race at Bandimere, and then the national July 23-25 Denver national. Now if your back by then we can put you in the car on a test day as a Licensing run. with very little paperwork. I will be going to fort Carson in June and could probable make arrangements ahead of time to make it a fun day for some of special care guys from Fort Carson. I'll talk with John Bandimere and see what we can do. who knows you just stay safe. Did I send you they Psalm 91 books? If not I will send some more really read those. All three of you. the book is really just the first half but it will open your eyes to some things you may not have even thought about. I will send you my copy cause I have it highlighted and stuff when I find it.
Time is running out today. and would like to get this package mailed. Keep letting me know what is a hit and what is a miss. It is fun sending stuff when you know it's appreciated. Over here we are so spoiled we wine if we have to wait a few minutes to get something. Most Americans have no idea what it is like to have to do without. Me included.
Thanks again for all you do.
Tina

oh shoot...so it won’t work because the background is black? i think all you have to do is copy and paste the txt to word and that should fix it. i'll just send plain emails with no background from now on so it doesn’t mess up. on my yahoo right next to the email window, it has a little section on the side where you can pick different back grounds, they are kinda cute.
oh no thanks, my mom sends us tide...they usually dont allow us to put soap in our laundry bags...but our stuff doesnt come back clean if we dont, so we do it anyway. we have to mix the soap with water in a spray bottle and spray our clothes down before we turn em in lol...a perfect example of the difference between here and home! oh my...we would love more of those pants! u should have seen all three of us girls runnin around the room with those pants on last night! i gave the third pair to my friend taylor, the cupcake ones....so now we call her cupcake, its got a lil humor in it. and oh yes...target is great for that kind of stuff!

oh wow russia, ive never been there. I had a friend that came to the US when i was in middle school from russia, we had to teach her how to speak english & it wasnt easy! lol... Yup usually all the good stuff goes first... but we control it pretty well.

oh dang so you will be in colorado quite a few times in july! we will hopefully get home between the very end of june/ beginning of july. My lil bro is racing in the nationals so my family will be there the same time as you. im not sure just yet if i will make it up there in time...we say nothing is ever final in the military until you see it happen. we hopefully *fingers crossed* i can make it. if not...thats ok too, there are plenty of races lol. yup my main focus has to stay the mission for right now to make sure i come home safely. yup you did send those books, my friend saw it and went oooh ooh i need that! and over here you go through alot of...ehh i dunno how to explain it...god tests you we will just say that, so were gonna try to start a bible study. so that helps a lot, more than you know.

thats the first thing i noticed when we got in country is the difference between what we have at home, and what we have had to adapt to doing here. like hot showers, brushing ur teeth in a bathroom vs. outside with a water bottle...etc. so yes we are extremely lucky back home, and now i understand why other countries dislike us lol....because we have so much and take it all for grandit. It might take me a lil longer to send the flag, but im lookin for some cool stuff that i can hurry and send in a box. take care!

Subject: Hello
Kels,

Well today I didn't get your package in the mail but I did manage to get my daughter down to the Post office to get me some Flat rate boxes so I can get them sent first thing on Monday. I forgot to tell you that I got contacted by the US ARMY recruiting battalion to possible help them with a pinewood derby the week before the Houston national. I have no idea what will become of the contact but hopefully something. It would give me an opportunity to work this Recruiting at a higher level than I have in the past. We'll see. In the mean time I am getting ready to go down to Houston next weekend for the Division 4 Banquet. I didn't do well in the points last year ( I couldn't race enough to stay competitive) but it'll be a chance to see my team again. I am hoping that my Crew chief will get Good guy of the year award. He did so much to make everything happen last year. He carried my car to all the races ( i couldn't afford to hired a driver for my rig,) then on top of that he had bouts of blindness in both eyes sometimes simutaneously, as well as two surgeries on his Gall Bladder but still made it to all the appearances and made it possible for me to race. And although he will shun any credit he has become more and more comfortable with talking with people and kids and I am really reliant on him. So I asked A friend of mine (and his Sandra) to ask the other racers vote for him for the Good Guy award. He has helped so many people over the years I think he is a shoe in, and it would be so cool to see him get it.
I am going to send so more copies of the Psalm 91 books. And If your unit would like more I put a business card in the box and you can request as many copies as you entire unit needs for free. Or ck out militaryministries.org. This box is kinda a mish mash of stuff, lots of candy, apparently that's the most fun to buy, and I admit I pilfer from the pile of candy occasionally. Anyway I hope you gals enjoy! Tell everyone hello.

hey there!

oh thats ok, no worries. wow thats awesome! is that the same US ARMY team that tony schumacher is on? that would be so amazing to be on a contract with them, racing a US ARMY painted car like his. oh that would be a dream come true. well i hope it all works out for you. im excited to see whats in store for you! i love houston, i have family in pearland...its a beautiful area.
wow sounds like your crew chief is an amazing guy. and at this banquet you will find out if he gets the award? well i sure hope he does, that would be great! sounds like you got a good team on your hands as well...thats amazing.

ok yea, i will give our chaplain a couple business cards and a couple books...he is in Balad right now i think or Quatar..maybe im wrong, i cant remember...he prolly just went to our other camp up at Taji. but he just got here a couple weeks ago, our chaplains switched out half way through deployment. so its nice to see him. LOL yeah for some reason we love opening a box full of candy, im not quite sure why...but it sure does bring out the little kid in everyone. They all say hey and thank you very much!! i emailed that one guy yesterday...and i emailed a different guy on like wednesday...still have to hear from them both.
you know what would be cool to try? to get a bunch of females that race and see if everyone could make a USO Tour, ya'll could travel over here together! my friend races and she would probably be interested.do you know who the enders sisters are? ive known courtney for 8 years and im sure her and her sister would think its a cool idea. but yeah that would be way awesome if we could get like you, thoes 2, and i dunno who ever else is interested. what do you think?

Hey I did send out an e-mail to The Harker Twins;Kate and Diana and Peggy Lewellyn. They have done several events with Team Troops. I will include there Driver cards in the box I mail today. If you have Want to contact the Enders Girls feel free to give them my contact info and we can try to connect. I have raced Erica before but don't really know them, But I know of them so they might know of me too. (Who Knows) I have asked the Harkers and Peggy to try to think of any other racers that have the desire to thank the military as well. They know the other Pro Women racers better because they all park together at the track. Sportsmen to the back....lol. But they are great gals so I am sure we can get a enthusiastic group. It would also be great to be able to do something specifically for the women serving, we have thought about a woman morning prayer breakfast or something like that. (Doesn't have to be religiously affliated but sometimes the chaplains can make thing happen more easily. Anyway I am really pumped up about your idea. Need to get the box taped up so I can make the post office before cut off.
Talk to you later,
Tina

wow thats awesome! i sent an email to courtney, but shes busy so i prolly wont hear from her for s little while. but i will send her another email with your contact info. I sure hope we can make this work, it would be a great experience for everyone...minus the plane trip over here...that trip sucks the most. I heard back from our USO guy over here, he said he FWD my email to the Entertainment department in Arlington, VA...if you want his email its
XXXX@USO.org and he probably has some contacts to hook you up with. Im excited that you think its a good idea, so hopefully the USO Tour people will think so too! Yeah i think your idea about putting together something for the females would be a fantastic idea, we go unnoticed alot so that would be nice. take it easy!
